Fall Busy Season 2025

We have started fall off with a bang here at Willow Tree! September and October are our busiest months of the year with the weather being perfect for all of our outdoor spaces. This season we have had a ton of corporate events and fundraisers in September and then non-stop back-to-back weddings in October. It has been so much fun and we are so thankful to be a new go-to location for so many local businesses and young families! Especially with the addition of our new indoor reception hall giving our clients more options in inclement weather, getting ready, and overnight stays.

It was a huge honor to be a part of Rooted by Grace’s Community Baby Shower project to help uplift local moms in need in early September and another honor to be the new location for Ringgold’s beloved Butterfly Festival hosted by Live & Love Ministries in early October. Community outreach and partnering with local non-profits across Catoosa County is what truly fills our cups. Next up we’re looking forward to Raya House’s annual fundraising gala taking place in The 609 at the end of October to help support local foster children. Every private event booking for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings helps us support the farm and it’s animals, as well as donate our venue spaces to incredible non-profits like these throughout the year to give back to our town. We couldn’t do it without your support that’s for sure!

Here are a few of our favorite photos posted by visitors at The Butterfly Festival. It was SO much fun!!

One of our favorite new developments this year is that we’ve had more surprise engagements than ever, which has been such a joy to witness and help with. Adding even more magic to our favorite place here. From helping future grooms pick the best “picnic” location to helping the photographers get into the best hiding spots we can find, it has been so much fun for our team.

This busy season has been a challenge to navigate due to our event coordinator, Cassidy, going through her first pregnancy the bulk of this year. She is in her third trimester right now in the middle of all these big events and has been more thankful than ever to have such a great team of family & staff behind her. Mrs. Barbara & Julie have been on the frontline taking on as many tour appointments as possible and helping maintain our squeaky-clean standards for each and every event. Adam, Ian, and Joey have been the muscle helping arrange tables, chairs, benches, tents, and yard games when they can take a break from the property maintenance. Even Alvin & Sherrie have been jumping in the deep end, helping with tours & coordinating, with Alvin often being the man behind the tractor arranging ceremony benches for the weddings.

Cassidy plans on going on maternity leave from mid-December until early March. Luckily right in the middle of our slow season while it’s cold out, so she should be back in action by the time spring rolls around and we are preparing for all the local prom photoshoots, graduation parties, and spring weddings.

So, if you’re planning on getting on our calendar for a 2026 event, be sure to reach out before December when communications with our venue will be on a bit of a pause as she recovers. We will still be reachable of course, but on a bit of a delay since she is our main point of contact behind the scenes here. Responsible for all bookings, coordinating, and back-end office work. Your emails during her maternity leave may only be responded to once a week as she can & we hope you can understand!

Thank you for taking the time to read this little update on our venue and for being a valued member of our community of friends here in Ringgold. We look forward to serving you for your next event!
