No matter the occasion, we’ve got you covered with our cozy Ringgold oasis only 20 minutes from Chattanooga. We love sharing our home for such precious life events!

Event Spaces at Willow Tree Farms in Ringgold
The 609 Indoor Reception Hall - $4,000 - $9,000
This 300-guest capacity wide open reception hall includes two fully stocked & furnished apartments for the bridal party, a catering kitchen, large built-in bar, incredible porch for networking & enjoying the view, and so much more! Includes all outdoor amenities like fields, gazebos, and the bridge to still accommodate outdoor activities.
Amenities: Wi-Fi, Tables & Chairs, Multiple Smart TVs, Two apartments with 5 beds total, an elevator, built-in bar with ice machine, hotel-style amenities in the apartments, 6 restrooms, drink cooler in the reception hall, access to the outdoor areas of the farm - fishing, viewing of the animals, and more!
Reception Hall Details: 4,000sq ft building with an 80ft by 50ft reception hall.

Reception Hall Only Package: $4,000 (Use of The 609’s Indoor Reception Hall without the apartments included. 8-hour rental. Ideal for those having a larger event than the pavilion can handle or when the weather is less than ideal.)
Full Day Rental: $6,000 (10am event day to 10am the following day, both apartments included, overnight stay for up to 8 people)
Weekend Getaway Package: $9,000 (10am Friday to 5pm Sunday, both apartments included, overnight stay for up to 8 people)
The Pavilion & Outdoor Amenities - $500 - $4,000
The indoor/outdoor convertible Pavilion is 30ft by 35ft and can accommodate 75 guests with the walls down or 100 guests with the walls raised.
Includes fishing in all ponds, multiple gazebos & our 40ft bridge, viewing of our aviary & other farm animals, and two large fields for activities on top of all the Pavilion’s amenities being catered for those looking to DIY their event or save on costs.
Pavilion amenities: sound system, wi-fi, smart TV, two restrooms with showers, ice machine, all tables, chairs, and benches, catering kitchen with serving bar, wood burning firepit, and multiple outlets & hooks all around the building to make decorating a breeze.

Small Weekday Party Package: $500 (Mon. - Thu. events with less than 40 guests for 5 hours. Ideal for business meetings, small family events, and so much more!)
Small Weekend Party Package: $750 (Fri. - Sun. events with less than 40 guests for 5 hours. Ideal for business meetings, small family events, and so much more!)
Large Party Package: $1,000 (5-hour rental, events with over 40 guests, any day of the week. Ideal for bridal showers, baby showers, networking events, family reunions, award ceremonies, celebrations of life, and school events)
Full Day Rental: $2,750 (8am to midnight, up to 100 guests without adding on our Garden Party Tent, or 150 with the Garden Party Tent to expand the pavilion)
Two Day Rental: $4,000 (8am to midnight both days, great for a more DIY approach to set-up and decorate the day before your event. Ideal for larger scale events like corporate retreats, holiday parties, fundraisers, and more.)

From there you will receive an online contract & invoice through our HoneyBook app, which will also be sent directly to your email.
Once we receive your signature on the event contract & your retainer for the event is paid, you will officially have your event reserved with us!

Our calendar fills up quickly. Check our calendar for available dates then follow the Book Now button above to reserve your event date. Have a question or want a tour or meeting before you book? Use the “Email our Event Coordinator” button above to send a request! We do tours weekday mornings from 9am to 12pm or in office appointments off site from 1pm to 5pm Monday through Friday.
