2026 Event Season Begins

Happy new year everyone! I know it’s March and has been 2026 for a bit now, but as I’m just returning off maternity leave it feels like the year has truly just begun for us. Since my return we have been getting busy spring cleaning both The Pavilion and The 609. Scrubbing windows, washing wall linens, replacing old tables and chairs, updating safety measures, restocking coffee bars, you name it! We’ve also created new brochures with updated information on our venue this last week and I am so excited to share them with you all! Vendor interviews are in full swing as we plan to get our new 2026 vendor list out to clients new and old in April. It will include our favorite tried and trues alongside several new additions that we are so excited to start working with.

The to-do list just doesn’t end! Our willow tree team is working hard in anticipation for our first events of the year to begin the last weekend of this month. Once these kick off, we have nearly every weekend booked until November. We’re set to be busier than we have ever been and we are so beyond grateful. Thank you for choosing us to spend your most precious moments with this year!

It’s an odd feeling having so many weddings lined up with brides I have only met through email for the first time. Since I was unable to do the tours personally during my pregnancy I have a lot of faces to catch up on getting to know! I have so appreciated everyone’s patience while I have limped along getting back to inquiries and planning events. Getting busy again with a 2-month-old now is proving another challenge, but Alvin and Sherrie could not be happier helping love on my little one while I get back to work.

Next on the agenda is a full remodel of our website, along with adding a ton of new flower arrangements, games, and decor to our rental catalog. I’m hoping this weather clears up sooner rather than later to enable things to get done faster with such a short window left until busy season.

Aside from private events coming up, we also have our first public community event of the year approaching! Ringgold’s First Annual Peach Cobbler Festival will take place here at Willow Tree Farms on April 11th from 12pm to 4pm. Never have we ever had such an astounding outpouring of interest from vendors to participate! This event is set to be jam packed with all kinds of fun - bigger and better than anything we’ve done yet!

I’ve also gotten started on planning our beloved Christmas at the Farm and Paws & Pumpkin’s returns in 2026. I know everyone missed these events last year and we surely did too! You can go ahead and mark your calendars for this fall / winter because they will 100% be making their return! If you’ve never attended one of our public events before, we promote them on Facebook and in the Public Events tab here on our website. So visit either of those places to follow along. Maybe you can visit us soon!

In other good news, our willow trees are back in bloom! It’s a great time to schedule a photoshoot appointment if you haven’t already. Photoshoot passes are just $50 to use ALL of our outdoor spaces with the fountains on for up to 2 hours. This is a fantastic opportunity for local photographers to offer multiple mini sessions in that 2-hour window to make the most of it!

If you’ve never been by for a tour, it’s also a great time to finally schedule one! Now that our event coordinator is back in action.
