  • Vendor set-up can take place the day before the festival between 12pm and 5pm or on the morning of the festival between 9am and 11am.

  • We ask all food truck vendors be ready to serve by 11am so our other vendors can stop by to grab their lunches before the festivities begin.

  • Vendor check in will be done by Desiree Husley with Magic Wand Candy co as you pull in. She will direct you to your booth or truck locations upon arrival.

  • When you arrive to the venue, follow the driveway to the right and go down the hill to find Desiree and begin check-in.

  • Vendor restrooms and break room will be located in the Pavilion Kitchen

  • Music will be in the main gazebo

  • Craft and cottage food vendors in the main field & Pavilion

  • Food trucks in the gravel

  • Kids games and activities in the field between the Pavilion & Barn

  • Petting zoo in the barn

  • Bake-off contestants will be in front of the Pavilion

  • Guests will arrive from our parking field to the Pavilion and onwards instead of through the front gate.

  • Front gate will close at 11am to begin directing parking next door. All vendors must be in place by this time to avoid being locked out of the venue for the festival.

  • Vendor parking will be in front of the llama barn and down past the aviary as needed. Pull up to your booth location to unload and then please relocate your vehicle to one of these spots.

  • Early booth break down or leaving the property is not permitted until the festival ends to prevent the front gate being opened and guest traffic entering the main event space.
