FAQs

Can we have events after your regular business hours?

Yes! We operate Monday - Friday but always allow for events on the weekends. This is to keep those high-demand days available and clear of regular day to day farm activities. The farm is available to rent from 8 am to midnight every single day. We just ask that any music stops by 11 pm to be respectful to our neighbors and to obey the local noise ordinance.

Do you allow photoshoots?

We do! We charge $25 for photoshoots and you can schedule your appointment any time Monday - Friday as we reserve our weekends for large events.

We often open to the public for things like prom photos and such. Keep an eye on our Facebook for updates on that!

What is required to reserve my date?

You will need to sign a contract and then pay half of your total as a deposit to reserve your date.

What is the best way to stay up-to-date with Willow Tree Farms events, giveaways, discounts, and get some behind-the-scenes looks into your venue?

Keep up with us on Facebook where we post daily and check out what others have to say about us through our reviews there. We post everything from the births of new animals on the farm, behind-the-scenes action at our public events, and looks at our garden and inner workings of the barns.

Can we serve alcohol?

Of course, but you must use a bartender or vendor with a pouring license in Catoosa County. Then sign a waiver assuming responsibility for the safety of your guests should you choose to serve alcohol.

What are you doing to prevent the spread of COVID-19?

As of 2021 we have installed hand sanitizing stations in our pavilion and barn. We also encourage masks for unvaccinated guests and recommend limiting the number of guests in attendance, although as of this time, we do not have a restriction on guest limit. Our pavilion, bathrooms, kitchen, and all tables and chairs are thoroughly sanitized before and after each event. The health and safety of all of our guests and our family is our number one priority during this pandemic.

Can we fish at your farm?

Fishing has just been opened back up for the year! As long as you book an event you’re welcome to come down and fish during your booking. We have catfish, bass, brim, and crappie.

please note we are not open to the public daily for fishing, you must be attending a pre-planned event

How much is hamburger meat?

It is $960 for half a cow and $480 for a quarter of a cow. Based on availability.

Do you work with any local vendors?

We have a large list of wonderful local vendors for everything from hair and makeup to tent and decoration rentals. All of our vendors have been working with our family for years and provide high quality services all around. If there’s anything we promote the most it’s definitely support local!

At the time of every event booking, we will provide our vendor list.

What do you do in case of rain at my event?

We recommend all clients rent a tent in case of rain in any situation where our pavilion would not be sufficient. Our vendor list provides several great recommendations for tent rentals.

We also have a 100% reschedule policy where we will work with you to reschedule your event to any day we have available in the case of bad weather, with no extra fee required.

Where is your main office?

We manage the farm from Remco Business Center at 31 RBC Drive Ringgold, Ga 30736. You can stop by during our business hours to pick up a photoshoot pass, quickly reserve a date for your event, get more information regarding the venue without an appointment, and to meet with our event coordinator when she’s not on site.
